Laundy Hotels are seeking an Assistant Venue Manager to join the team at The Woolpack Hotel in Redfern.

The Woolpack Hotel in Redfern is a local favourite offering great food, lovingly curated beer, wines, spirits, live music, and so much more The Woolpack is a community focused pub and bistro in the neighbourhood of Redfern. With a focus on community, the venue its inspiration from the charming and electric pubs of yesterday.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Reporting to the Venue Manager, as an Assistant Venue Manager at The Woolpack Hotel, you are responsible for but not limited to:

- Have control over the venue's appearance and atmosphere for all events
- In charge of all shift operations from the setup, running and close down of the venue
- Work as part of the venue leadership team to instil culture of superior customer service leaving the customer 'wanting more'
- Day and night shift reports
- Security of venue
- WHS knowledge
- Implementing policies and procedures within venue
