Powerlink Queensland is currently recruiting for a General Manager Community and Delivery Services as part of our enterprise leadership team.

**About you**:
The purpose of the General Manager Community and Delivery Services position is to lead delivery of the Property, Landholder & Community Relations, Indigenous Partnerships, and Business Advisory and Support functions - to enable the effective and efficient delivery of Powerlink’s infrastructure development and maintenance programs.

Key accountabilities:_**
- Provide leadership and management of a contemporary Property, Landholder & Community Relations, Indigenous Partnerships, and Business Advisory and Support functions.
- Influence policy and legislation by translating strategic direction into business operations related to contemporary landholder, traditional owner and community expectations
- Oversee the development of effective partnerships with relevant external stakeholders, including directly connected customers, local and state government, and other statutory authorities
- Provide leadership and management for business innovation and timely and efficient delivery of business improvement initiatives.

- You will be able to provide collaborative leadership and management of the group, ensuring that it fulfils its contribution to organisational priorities and delivers on its service obligations to internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be able to participate as a member of the Senior leadership team, supporting the Executive General Manager in achieving the division’s direction through the delivery of strategic and operational priorities.
- You will be able to lead culture improvement activities within the group to deliver a constructive culture, encouraging the embedding of constructive behaviours in all employees’ dealings with colleagues and stakeholders.
- You will be able to build and nurture strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to collaborate on shared challenges and opportunities to plan, design, respond and achieve a positive outcomes for Powerlink.
- You will focus on and enhancing Powerlink’s reputation and relationship with its customers.
