**About Your Role**:
As a Quality Support Officer, you will coordinate safety, quality, and risk management processes within Addiction and Mental Health Services. You will provide essential support to staff, service leaders, and consumers, ensuring a high standard of care aligned with organizational values and patient safety goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage quality and safety initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide administrative oversight of clinical incidents, open disclosure, patient safety notifications, and service improvement documentation.
Support quality and safety committees and projects, assisting the Director, Safety Quality & Improvement Support Unit.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote inclusivity and respect across diverse communities.
**About You**:
You are a motivated and skilled professional with experience in quality management, risk coordination, and data-driven decision-making within healthcare or mental health services. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills allow you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
**Skills & Attributes**:
Strong knowledge of quality management, safety, and risk systems in healthcare settings.
Proficient in data management and reporting using databases, spreadsheets, and relevant software.
Ability to innovate and resolve problems with a solution-focused mindset.
High-level interpersonal and communication skills for engaging diverse teams and consumers.
Commitment to teamwork, organizational goals, and delivering person-centered care.
