Realise **your** potential at **yourtown** **your opportunity** As the **Job Placement Coach**, you will be part of a support team that works together with the young person and will focus on building their skills, confidence, and readiness to enter employment through targeted and tailored activities. **Your role will include**: - Completing intake assessments with the job seeker to determine work readiness. - Working in collaboration with the job seeker to goal set and implement strategies. - Source and match employment opportunities for young job seekers using a strengths based, client-centered approach. - Connecting with relevant community organisations to support work readiness. - Job matching, cold calling, and reverse marketing the job seeker to employers. **This is a Full Time Permanent Position Based in Upper Mount Gravatt QLD** **Competitive Base Salary + 10.5% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Monthly RDO’s** **what we are looking for** You are passionate about what you do.
