What we are looking for is a Workday Test & Release Lead who will be responsible for managing end-to-end UAT, integration testing, testing tool management, defect resolution and testing status reporting as Anglicare embark on an enterprise HRIS implementation.
This is an initial 12-month maximum term contract.
**Key responsibilities**:
As the Test & Release Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating the creation of test scenarios from User Stories, and test scripts/data prep and expected results.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Planning testing cycles and scheduling, as well as establishing testing tools for the project and providing access to testing team members.
- Being an integral part of the project team, working closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets the highest quality standards.
- Leading the testing effort from start to finish and ensuring that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in software testing, with at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Experience leading the testing function of an enterprise Workday (preferred) or SuccessFactors implementation
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in managing end-to-end system and integration testing
- Experience in managing defect resolution and status reporting
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Experience with agile development is a plus
