**The role**

The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the quality of our software products is up to the standards expected by the customer and ensuring their continued satisfaction with Telstra Health.

**Key responsibilities of this role include;**
- Participate in the software development lifecycle end to end, from concept to release, deployment and support.
- Set-up and execute system, integration, regression and performance testing.
- Review functional specifications/user stories to determine test requirements for new features/enhancements.
- Investigate test result discrepancies and verify the defect fixes.
- Summarise and report the defects discovered during the execution of test cases / scripts, scenarios.
- Develop and maintain test cases or test scenarios for system, functional, integration, regression and performance testing.
- Automating progression and regression testing
- Suggest process and quality enhancements and help drive product and test requirements for improved diagnostics, and work with development team on analysis of code hotspots, test coverage, and defect discovery and resolution.
- Work with limited supervision
- Keeps abreast of new technology and consider using it where appropriate.

**What You’ll Bring**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a QA Analyst role. Fresh graduates with strong profile are also encouraged apply.
- Ability to perform initial analysis and debugging.
- Writing technical documentation.
- Strong trouble shooting skills
- Exposure to a variety of Web service test tools: Postman, SoapUI etc
- Automation Testing experience in TOSCA is a plus.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent work experience.
