Our Rare Earths deposit in Mt Weld, Western Australia, is acknowledged as one of the highest-grade Rare Earths mine in the world and we operate the world’s largest single Rare Earths processing plant in Malaysia - so you’re joining a very unique team As a team member you will be contributing to the sustainable supply of rare earths metals which are used in oil & gas, electric vehicles and wind turbines.

Lynas is embarking on an expansion in Western Australia and we’re looking for a motivated People & Culture Graduate who are ready to start their career in mining and wanting to join us on our journey.

In this newly created role, you are essential in supporting the People & Culture team to achieve our strategic goals and provide support to the wider Lynas team. If you are recently degree qualified in human resources or equivalent we want to hear from you

As a highly valued member of the Lynas team, you will:

- Assist in the delivery of People and Culture strategic projects
- Be supported to respond to employee relations issues as they arise
- End to end recruitment activities at all levels whilst ensuring best practice approach
- Deliver timely, consistent and effective people and culture solutions and services
- Provide administrative support to learning and development across all Lynas Rare Earths locations
