We are looking for
**Nationa**l
**CT/X-ray**
**Modality Head** with extensive clinical and leadership experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality, best-practice services and patient care across the Group. If you are ready for a new challenge and are searching for an exciting professional development opportunity, take your next steps as a
**National Modality Leader** with
**QSCAN**. This position is full time is half clinical practice and half non clinic/administration and will report to the Group Executive, Quality, Innovation, Performance (professional reporting line) and to the National Operations Manager (operational reporting line).

**You will**:

- 50% of this role will be in clinic performing relevant radiology requests and maintaining a high quality, efficient imaging service to our patients and referrers
- Govern and oversee change management for your individual clinical modality across the Group, including monitoring clinical practice to ensure quality and standards are maintained
- Facilitate a community-of-practice with nominated Doctor leads for modalities and subspecialty practice
- Assume professional mentoring and supervision responsibilities for the Regional Modality Heads
- Provide clinical input and leadership to organisational and transformational clinical projects and to our corporate teams on relevant clinical matters
- Lead the development of groupwide clinical protocols, procedures, policy, consent, process, and new and novel services
- Provide expert guidance and support in the procurement of clinical equipment and establishment of new clinics and network growth
- Perform all duties to the best of your ability and be a role model for all employees within the modality
- Oversee modality trainee programs and development/education opportunities for existing staff, including planning, preparing materials, and execution
- Provide advice to inform improvements to processes and systems to achieve best practice status and to meet patient/referrer expectations
- Maintain knowledge of industry and competitor trends with regards to best practice service initiatives and processes, making recommendations for continuous improvements accordingly

**About You**

Alongside your solid
**CT/Xray**
**Nuclear Medicine **experience, you have a focus on patient care and outcomes, a passion for creating positive change within the modality, and a commitment to continual improvement and lifelong learning.

**You will also have**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to learn new modality techniques and remain on top of current trends and developments.
- Ability to effectively manage the interactive relationship with patients, ensuring that privacy, compassion, dignity, and confidentiality is always maintained.
