Customer Service and Management Role - Aquatic Services team

Pat time/Casual/Full time

**The Company**:
PASES Aqua is an industry leader in Aquatic and Environmental Management services in WA and NSW. We offer a wide range of aquatic products and services in natural and artificial ecosystems including wetlands, lakes, natural pools, ponds, aquariums, aquaculture & Aquaponics systems backed by the largest aquatic-based service team in WA.

Join a dynamic team and become a key player in shaping the future of the organisation. We are currently seeking an experienced aquatic technician with positive 'can do' attitude to take on a leadership role in our fast growing role.

**We are also open to hire individuals with experience in plumbing, handyman, woodwork and other transferable skills in trade based roles.**

**The Role**:

- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage client expectations and demands of the team and meet business needs
- A keen interest and knowledge of fish and aquatic ecosystems (specific knowledge on marine corals and saltwater ecosystems would be valuable)
- Good knowledge on aquarium and pond designs and filtration systems
- Drivers License
- Police clearance (can sort out if not yet available)
- Fit and able to work in residential and commercial sites
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Good attitude and commitment to clients
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Previous experience in pet shops or fish shops (optional)
- Qualifications in aquaculture or related fields (optional)

This is a excellent opportunity for a keen fish enthusiast that wants to build a career related to aquatic ecosystems. There is opportunity for growth in other areas of our business, which deals with revegetation and terrestrial ecosystems.

We are looking for a self-starter who is customer focused, who has a passion for fish and ability to observe the health conditions of aquatic animals an artistic eye for detail and the ability to create and maintain long lasting customer relationships.
