About us

We are the only General Store & Café / Tea Room on the Estuary Road Dawesville, and 3 Cafes/ Takeaways within 20 minutes of each other with a population of 4200 in Dawesville.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and empathetically, aiming for effective solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Performance evaluation of customer service team to identify areas of achievement, improvement, and training requirements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance standards for customer service interactions, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Actively drive the successful achievement of a high performance, values-based company culture.

To be considered for this role you will require:

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing customer service team
  • Ability to manage conflict and challenging conversations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions that meet client needs
