**About the Role**

Due to an internal secondment, an excellent temporary opportunity is available for a motivated individual to join our high-performance Human Resources team. You will be responsible for:

- Supporting a Senior HR Business Partner in executing various processes across the employee life cycle (recruitment, onboarding, variations, offboarding);
- Providing excellent customer service skills as the first point of contact for employees and managers to resolve first level inquiries on processes or policy;
- Efficiently assigning and monitoring workflows from the centralised HR inbox as required;
- Preparing and issuing all HR correspondence (contracts of employment) as well as managing regular compliance based processes with managers (probation dates, increment increases)

**Skills and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated HR experience in a busy multi-faceted organisation including the implementation of HR policy and procedures, all HR administration (with a keen eye for detail), first line HR advice and managing the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process.
- A strong customer focused collaborator, able to build strong relationships and support others.
- Flexible to respond to changing priorities and able to complete tasks within tight timeframes.
- Have a ‘systems’ and continual process improvement mindset.
