We’re looking for a strategic and insight-driven Market and Customer Intelligence Manager to lead the execution of a data-led customer intelligence.
Reporting to the Market & Customer Strategy Manager, you’ll turn insights into action—using market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and scenario planning to inform a 3-5 year roadmap. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, support strategic decision-making, and ensure insights are embedded across the business.
With a strong focus on operationalising strategy into insights into outcomes, and informing competitive positioning, you’ll help align customer intelligence with business priorities and long-term growth. This is a permanent full-time role where you’ll have the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia, preferably in Sydney.
**About You**
- To be successful in your role, you’ll ideally have:
- Proven leadership in managing multiple projects with strategic insight, delivery excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement- Ability to lead within a flat team structure, collaborating effectively with peers at similar levels- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders- Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to shape executive-level conversations and decisions- Advanced financial and insurance literacy and data analysis skills, supported by a sharp analytical mindset- Well demonstrated experience in designing and delivering customer strategies, with deep expertise in customer performance platforms- Agile thinking with a passion for experimentation and driving innovative outcomes- Collaboration and adaptability, thriving in both in-person and remote working environments- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a proactive, open communication style
