**About the Position**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Learning & Organisational Development Officer to join our People & Safety Division. Surrounded by seasoned professionals who enjoy working together, you will participate in and support a range of projects and cyclical activities to support the organisation.

Reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development Lead, this role is responsible for coordination, administration, and delivery of a range of learning and development activities and projects as directed by the Learning and Organisational Development Lead as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes.

**About you**:
Tertiary qualifications or certificates in Human Resources, Learning and Development or related industries.

A proactive attitude and excellent people skills.

HRIS experience in particular managing performance and learning modules.

Ability to manage transactional activities and project deadlines.

Exposure to facilitation and workshop design.

Data interpretation and reporting skills.

Understanding of Learning & Organisational Development.
