Our
**Federal Government **client is looking for an
**EL2 Strategic Implementation Squad Lead **to join them for a 24 month contract in their Geelong or Richmond office.

**About the Team**

The Delivery and Change Office (DCO) Branch is responsible for developing the Agency's Corporate Plan and monitoring the delivery of the annual work priorities, including insights on progress against the plan to ensure the delivery of outcomes that benefit participants.

The branch also supports the Agency by deploying specialist project management, change and business analysis resources to drive implementation of priority initiatives for the Agency.

**About the Role**

The
**EL2 Squad Lead, Strategic Implementation** will be responsible for developing and translating strategies, policies, and priorities for operational implementation. It will be required to coordinate and assume responsibility for highly complex, sensitive, projects or work programs.

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Leading and developing structured insights, options, implications and recommendations to drive implementation of strategic projects.
- Leading and creating materials for senior internal and external stakeholders, including the Minister, Board and Executive Leadership Team to communicate perspectives, recommendations and implications for the Agency.
- Presenting recommendations and facilitating workshops and discussions with a range of Agency stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Leading the development of action plans and ensuring stakeholder alignment to enable successful implementation.
- Leading the development of content to embed change, including authorship of policy papers and guidance materials.

**Key skills required for the role**:

- Demonstrated experience in leadership of large, complex cross organisation projects / programs of work.
- Demonstrated experience in Project or Change Management leadership.

**Desirable skills to have for the role**:

- Project or Change Management Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in large, complex service delivery organisations.
