This role will be responsible for assisting the Asset Performance & Compliance team with project administration and reporting of project progress and activities based on the pipeline of upcoming development initiatives and existing asset management projects across the publicly funded health services in Victoria. These projects form part of the asset management implementation plan and include programs such as large-scale asset condition assessments, Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF) compliance and technical standards development.
This position will work closely and collaborate with project team, consultants and health services to assist in delivering successful project outcomes. Positive engagement to foster good relations and support is critical in this role.
**Accountabilities**
- Support the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions.
- Coordinate procurement activities and develop relevant briefs and memos as required.
- Support the stakeholder engagement activities with the health agencies through correspondence and communication management.
- Provide support to the wider team on administration matters including filing, finance records and procurement documents.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
- Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate how the actions and outcomes of this role and work unit impact clients and the department's ability to deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, effective support and services.
