We are rapidly building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional "YES WE CAN" customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. **About the Role** We currently have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced **National Fleet Maintenance Manager **to join our team as out of our **Ingleburn branch. **This new role reports to the National Fleet Manager. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Embody the “Yes We Can” ethos within all facets of the role and responsibilities” - Ensure a safe workplace for all staff and customers in accordance with the Quality and Safety Management Systems by: - Reporting all risk / Hazards / incidents / near misses and accidents. - Removing or modifying any unsafe process or systems. - Review available technology that can assist in reducing driving incidents and manual handling. - Manage the smart fleet data to ensure all vehicles are monitored and high maintenance unreliable assets are flagged and actioned. - Review service providers for fleet maintenance providers meet the business in terms of workshop availability, responsiveness, and cost. - Oversee the fleet BFM Programs to ensure systems are effective. - Manage the maintenance of the BFM requirements for vehicles in the fleet. Assist in managing the re-horsing of LPG Tankers, working with depots and maintenance team. - Analyse data to increase business operational efficiency. - Audit fleet &maintenance systems at branches on a regular basis. - Develop and support online training modules for Drivers and Logistics stakeholders for all transport, such as load restraint, loading, manual handling etc. - Regular travel to branches nationally, suppliers during asset manufacture is required. - Liaise Insurance Companies and Insurance repair providers to have vehicles repaired as soon as practicable. **Skills & Experience** - A minimum of 5 years medium to large fleet management experience. - Professional Supply Chain or Logistics qualifications will be highly regarded. - Competent in Software Based Fleet Maintenance Systems. - Technical Mechanical Trade Qualifications will be highly regarded. - DG Knowledge and understanding. - Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Competent in Software Based Fleet Maintenance Systems. **Benefits** - Continual ongoing support and training provided significant future career opportunities - Employee rewards program - Work for an Essential Service for financial security
