**About the Role**:
To support our Engineering and Maintenance Team, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter/ Plant Operations (**Afternoon Shift**) to join our team at our* Ingleburn site*. You will be working closely with the NSW maintenance and production teams, providing safe and efficient maintenance services. Previous industry and gas experience is an advantage but not essential. Training will be provided for all maintenance activities.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Adapt, promote, and encourage a Safety-First approach.
- Promote the Supagas ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
- Maintenance and inspections on Industrial Filling System, Cylinder Test Station, Dry Ice Production, Pumps/Compressors, CO2 plant, LPG Filling System and LPG and Cryogenic Tanks/Tankers.
- Record all works in the MEX system (computerised maintenance management system).
- Assist with preparation of Safe Work Methods Statements (SWMS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to work (PTW).
- Ensure that all maintenance procedures and daily practices are compliant with mandatory regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training and department meetings as required.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- Trade qualification certificate III or IV in Mechanical Engineering, required.
- Prior experience in a similar role with gas industry experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Lateral thinker with excellent fault-finding skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure situations.
- Good time management skills, well organised.
- Plant/Mechanical maintenance experience
- Knowledge on computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Welding experience.
