**Traffic Management Planner & Coordinator**

**About the Role**:

- Collaborate with the Traffic Team planners, allocators, as well as traffic controllers & clients to effectively and efficiently complete tasks relevant to the role.
- Communicate any operational and site requirements to the traffic control team.
- Designing, amending and maintaining high quality traffic control guidance schemes (TGSs/TMPs) in accordance with legislation, company policies, procedures and relevant standards.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information where required to assist with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrate role model behaviour in punctuality, reliability, collaboration, and compliance with AAG’s Code of Conduct, Work Health & Safety policies, and more comprehensive business policies and procedures.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Traffic management planning/allocating experience preferred
- Qualifications in RIICWD503E Prepare traffic management plans and traffic guidance schemes
- Experienced in utilizing software to design TGSs & TMPs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
