**About the role**
The Industrial Relations Specialist is responsible for the provision of high-level industrial relations advice, services, negotiation and advocacy for TAFE NSW to ensure industrial relations including enterprise bargaining are appropriately risk managed before Fair Work and with other external bodies.
**About You**
You will possess significant industrial relations experience, preferably within a large, complex organisation. Your strengths lie in quickly understanding the business and its values, working collaboratively through partnerships with key stakeholders in the People Group, as well as the wider TAFE NSW organisation.
Your problem-solving abilities will showcase your confidence in tackling complex issues, evaluating alternatives, and identifying effective solutions. You are adept at navigating through challenges with a logical and pragmatic approach.
Your communication skills allow you to effectively influence and lead meaningful discussions around sensitive and confidential matters. You excel in establishing constructive and professional work relationships with representatives from unions, regulatory bodies, law firms, and other key stakeholders.
