**The Role**:
People ask what’s a typical day like working with this team? the answer is never dull We are seeking an experienced, Systems, Induction & Pre-Start Manager to join our business and ensure we retain our excellent reputation for service delivery and meet the needs of our clients during catastrophic weather events that impact their local community.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the safety management system within the program, ensuring Hammertech and the safety management system is kept up to date as the program evolves.
- Coordinate the facilitation of inductions, including through onboarding and in the regions - ensuring alignment and experience is in line with the program’s objectives.
- Coordinate the running of pre starts as agreed with the Program and H&S Leads, across each region using the Hammertech system.
- Support with system reporting in line with the frequency and expectations of the program lead and client.
- Hammertech experience a must.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experience managing Disaster Recovery projects
- Ability to lead & motivate a team
- Strong problem solving & organisational skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Fantastic work ethic & the desire to grow within the company
- Competent with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills - both written & verbal
- Planning & organisational skills with proven experience delivering projects on time
- Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations and current market rates & trends
- Australian driver licence
