We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic **Parts Salesperson/ Interpreter** to join the** Volkswagen** team in Doncaster.

**What the roles entails**:

- Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
- Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts
- Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service

- Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
- Ability to learn quickly and get the job done
- Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
- Excellent time management
- Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change
- High level of attention to detail and quality
- Genuine interest in Automotive industry
- Experienced in the following Franchises is highly regarded : Volkswagen, Audi or any other European brands.
