**Your Role as a Parts Interpreter you will**:

- ** Connect with Customers**: Interpret, quote, and sell parts to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and satisfaction.
- ** Manage Communications**: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring they are always informed about order statuses and delivery expectations.
- ** Support Technicians**: Assist at the counter by providing technicians with the parts they need promptly.
- ** Maximise Profitability**: Implement best practice purchasing and selling processes to drive business profitability and success.
- ** Stay Informed**: Update service advisors daily with back-ordered parts lists and inform them of any early deliveries ready for fitting.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant trade qualifications.
- Confident communication skills, whether over the phone, in person, or in writing.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, with a flair for upselling and solving problems for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong IT skills paired with a keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A current Driver’s License.
