About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in earthworks, civil construction, or a related field, and will be responsible for preparing accurate tenders, pricing jobs, and supporting the project team with cost breakdowns and variations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings, specifications.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Finalise and submit tenders
• Assist with budget preparation, cost tracking, and value engineering
• Maintain tender folders, job costing sheets, and internal pricing systems
• Communicate with clients and project managers to clarify scope and pricing

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in estimating (civil, earthworks, retention or construction industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
