SYNOPSIS:
This position reports to the Senior Rights and Permissions Coordinator and assists with the licensing of copyright and permissions for works in the national collection, exhibitions, publishing, and other Gallery projects.

With a customer service focus, the Rights and Permissions Assistant role is responsible for administering and processing external image requests and providing administrative to the Senior Rights and Permissions Coordinator across a range of projects.

The role will suit a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage many competing priorities, show initiative and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

This position is an ongoing role with the Creative Studio team, in the Marketing, Communications & Visitor Experience portfolio at the Gallery.
