**Job Description**:
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Brand Activations Manager to join our collaborative and high preforming marketing team at Minor Hotels. This newly created position will be responsible for bringing MINOR ANZ brands to life for guests visiting our portfolio of hotels in the region.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Drive the rollout for the physical manifestation of the MINOR ANZ brands, as part of the in-hotel guest experience
- Execute the on-property brand hallmarks and act as the brand guardian for all operational brand standard roll-outs
- Develop and implement signature brand experiences, brand operating standards, special events, strategic alliance and guideline development
- Work closely with operational excellence on SOP creation to ensure brand standards are adhered to
- Monitor, track and measure all brand operational deployments to ensure success, measuring NPS, TAR, GRI and other brand/ revenue measures
- Localise international brand operations entering the ANZ market that are new to the region
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will require the following**:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Communications or similar
- Minimum 5+ years’ brand experience, ideally with an operational background
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships with a national network of stakeholders
- Effective planning and organisational skills to manage pressure situations, multiple tasks and ability to work with a sense of urgency and within required timeframes
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Availability to travel frequently to our hotels across the Asia Pacific region
- Experience within a hotel environment (not essential but will be looked at favourably)
