  • Drive commercial outcomes - Deliver portfolio revenue targets, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure campaigns contribute to both short term sales and long term growth.
  • Manage budgets and reporting - Oversee day-to-day expenditure, with responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting and reforecasting, and ongoing budget management.
  • Contribute to product and innovation - Play an active role in shaping product strategy, supporting innovation, and leading project work that drives the growth of our brands.
  • Harness insights - Incorporate campaign results, customer research and market learnings into future initiatives and revenue driving activity.
  • Collaborate widely - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner with agencies to connect customer insights, ensure best practice, and deliver effective brand positioning.
  • Lead and inspire others - Mentor and manage a team of marketers, guiding their development and fostering a collaborative, supportive and high performing culture.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or a related business discipline).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand and product strategies that deliver strong business outcomes.
  • Deep experience leading large-scale advertising and media campaigns, including digital and CRM activity.
  • Proven expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • A collaborative leadership style, with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.

  • A passion for building brands that inspire connection and create moments of joy.

The list is extensive but here are a few:

  • A variety of leave types including cultural leave, flexi leave, volunteer leave, purchased leave, and 18 weeks' paid parental leave for all new parents.
  • A true sense of belonging - we're committed to inclusion and diversity, with a range of initiatives and employee networks.
  • Access to a comprehensive wellbeing program supporting mental and physical health.
  • Opportunities to volunteer with our community partners, plus dollar-matched fundraising for registered charities.
  • A dedicated learning and development platform with resources to support your future.
