Warehouse Supervisor/Manager (Chinese Speaking)

**Location**:Sydney, Australia
- **Job Summary**:_

Responsible for day-to-day warehouse management, including site selection, setup from scratch, daily operations, and inventory control. Ensure efficient inbound/outbound processes, safety compliance, staff management, and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:

- Lead new warehouse site selection, cost analysis, and layout planning, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for setup.
- Oversee inbound/outbound, cycle counting, and logistics to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Train and evaluate staff; enforce safety protocols and equipment/fire compliance.
- Support procurement (e.g., supplies), budget control, and administrative tasks.
- **Requirements**:_
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (cross-team communication)
- 3+ years warehouse management, logistics experience preferred.
- Proficient in WMS, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must hold valid Australian work rights.
- **Preferred Skills**_
- Forklift license or hazardous materials storage knowledge.
- Knowledge of local warehouse regulations and vendor networks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 120 months

Pay: $85,995.88 - $107,668.64 per year
