We are about to embark upon a growth journey, beginning with our newly opened store on the corner of Pitt and Market St in Sydney.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Manager to join our Lotte Duty Free team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Logistics Manager, this role will see you having hands on involvement in the day to day activities of the warehouse, whilst also overseeing the team to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner.

This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse supervisor/manager or a team leader ready for higher duties.

Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

- Supervise and assist the day to day running of the warehouse operations, with strong focus on receipting, picking, and the timely dispatching of goods
- Lead and support our warehouse team, provide coaching, and on-the-job training to ensure productivity targets are achieved, safety standards are maintained, and the developmental needs of the team are met.
- Undertake manual handling tasks including lifting and carrying stock; pushing and pulling trolleys; pushing, pulling and pumping pallet jacks
- General Warehouse functions including stock placement and stock control
- Demonstrates daily awareness and assessment of health and safety risks and notification of those risks to the Logistics Manager
- Identify, communicate and provide recommendations pertaining to the operations of the warehouse to the Logistics Manager

***ABOUT YOU**

To be successful you will ideally have:
**Essential**
- Demonstrated staff leadership, coaching and/or mentoring experience
- Significant Supervisory experience in warehousing and/or distribution environment
- Capable of achieving a consistently high level of process adherence and accuracy via SOPs (standard operating procedures)
- Ability to demonstrate a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work well with others in a group and foster a team environment where members are committed to a common set of performance goals and targets
- Working **experience** with WMS or relevant warehouse management systems
- Good knowledge of health & safety in the workplace
- Strong organisational and time management skills,
- Current Forklift Licence
- Current Driver Licence

**Desirable**:

- Experience working with bonded goods or in a bonded warehouse will be highly regarded.

Mon : 7am - 3:30pm

Tues - Fri : 7am - 3pm
