**Your new role**

The Wests Group are on the hunt for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our team and manage our Hotel and Fitness portfolios. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will take ownership of and be responsible for the execution and implementation of the marketing strategy across our hotel and fitness categories. This broad role will oversee all marketing, communications, brand, loyalty, digital, and social activities for The Anchorage Hotel & Spa, The Executive & The Gateway Hotels, and Balance Collective.

**You’ll spend time doing**:

- Create and execute the tactical marketing plans
- Plan, manage, execute and track the social media plan including campaign creation and writing copy
- Source and collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to grow the brand's awareness and engagement
- Plan and execute promotional calendar
- Conduct photo and video shoots and coordinate, control and maintain the visual asset library
- Creating, securing, and managing special events
- Monthly reporting
- Directly liaise with third-party agencies (PR, Digital, Design) and collaborate to ensure strong working relationship and results
- Employ a variety of analysis tools such as best practice surveys to improve customer experiences. Gather customer feedback, analyse it, and then design specific practices which can be put into place so that the customer benefits while profits also improve.

- Minimum 3+ years in a generalist Marketing Executive role- Experience at producing actionable plans
- Creative and innovative out-of-the-box thinking and a willingness to trial new ideas
- Understanding of digital platforms and can analyse their performance
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, and digital platforms
- Great relationship management skills, with a developed understanding of the interactions between marketing and the wider business
- Tertiary qualifications in Business with a major in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is desired
- Experience within the hospitality/tourism/events industry advantageous
