**About the role**
To support our success we are looking for a Voice of Customer Specialist to join the Member Experience & Insights team based in **Brisbane**, **Sydney** or **Melbourne**.
Working collaboratively in an ambitious and growing team, the Voice of Customer (VoC) Specialist will be responsible for the management of core elements of the Australian Retirement Trust VoC Program, and day-to-day execution of the VoC research plan.
You will liaise with stakeholders across the business to understand their areas and requirements, and then successfully manage and deliver regular and ad-hoc VoC customer research services. This will see you provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders in an inspiring and engaging way that inform strategy, customer experience development and key business decisions.
We have two positions available, one as a **permanent** opportunity and one as a **12 month max-term/ secondment** opportunity.
We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office at least once a week.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Demonstrated ability to think analytically, extract, analyse and simplify data, provide actionable insights and meaningful recommendations to assist in guiding business decisions.
- Demonstrated customer and/or market research methodology skills (quantitative and qualitative).
- Proven ability to analyse consumer data and identify strategic insights.
- Proven hands-on research design, data collection and analysis experience.
- Demonstrated success in the ability to liaise, negotiate and influence effectively at all levels within a large organisation.
- Experience using statistical analysis software (e.g., Q, SPSS, Excel).
