About the Position

The Distinguished Voice Specialist will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, completing therapeutic services in a timely manner, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of support.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each participant's needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants achieve optimal communication outcomes.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

To be considered suitable for this role, you will need:

  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a speech pathologist beyond graduation, preferably with a focus on voice therapy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
