**Responsibilities**:
**Overview**:
UT Consulting is looking for an Audio Visual Consultant to join our Melbourne Team. The position is aimed at someone with several years' experience designing and documenting audio visual systems.

You will have the opportunity to work on a number of complex technology infrastructure projects spanning over $5bn in Australian infrastructure investment.

We are looking for someone to start immediately in a full-time permanent position.

The UT Consulting team work within a hybrid model that balances work from home arrangements with face to face coordination and project meetings.

**What your day looks like**:

- Conducting site surveys and audits of audio visual systems
- Coordinating with our drafting team to mark-up floor plan layouts with relevant equipment and systems
- Conducting workshops and presentations with end-users and clients
- Meeting our contractual responsibilities and project deliverables
- Preparing briefs, reports, and specifications for projects as required
- Coordinating the installation of audio visual systems during construction
- Inspecting installed systems for defects
- At least 3 years design, consulting, or management experience in the AV, IT, Engineering or Telecommunications Industry
- Detailed technical understanding of the delivery of AV services
- Technical writing experience and competence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within teams
