Melbourne, Australia Monolith Technologies Full time

You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of Multimedia technologies including boardroom support, Remote coordination of video conferencing and virtual/hybrid events, in-house event support, and ongoing maintenance of AV systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Become the main Multimedia point of contact for users onsite
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all technical requirements are captured ahead of their event.
- Arrange rehearsals and testing with all parties to ensure event goes smoothly.
- Schedule, coordinate and support internal meetings and events
- Provide training to end users on in-house AV systems.
- Respond to and manage technical issues as they arise.

- Ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management skills.
- Able to stay calm in a pressurized environment.
- Willingness to work some flexible hours when required
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Experience working with AV control systems, Video codecs, and DSP’s desirable
