We’re a bustling local Irish pub known for our cracking atmosphere, hearty meals, cold Guinness, and live music. If you love fast-paced venues, and the thrill of a packed house on a Friday night, you’ll fit right in.

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the seamless running of our iconic venue. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.

**We are offering**:

- Generous Salary $78,000 - $80,000 + Plus Super
- Quarterly KPI Bonus $5,000

**Essential requirements**:

- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Extensive restaurant & bar experience
- Ability to create and control rosters & labor costs
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
- Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- Ability to work weekends, nights & public holidays
- Current RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers license
