**The Opportunity**
As **Human Resources Manager**, you will work closely with our General Manager and company directors on matters from training and development, recruitment, employee wellbeing, performance management, workplace health and safety among a range of various projects.
You will be responsible for defining, planning and implementing the strategic direction of the HR strategy across the group with a focus on continued success. This is an exciting and dynamic role which will act as a trusted advisor between the group and our employees.
**About you**
This is a demanding and dynamic role requiring someone with the ability to handle pressure and competing priorities, while maintaining an approachable and team orientated presence across all our venues and in the office. This is a full-time role and will be based from our head office in Brisbane CBD. To be successful in this position you will have:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar HR management role, experience within the hospitality industry is preferable
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Extensive knowledge of ER/IR, relevant employment legislation and Award interpretation
- Demonstrated experience using various HRIS, experience using FoundU is highly regarded
- Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust
- A hands-on approach, with excellent problem-solving skills, strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and a focus on developing effective working relationships
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Your sense of initiative and passion for the hospitality industry is paramount
