Overview

Assistant Venue Manager | Fitzy's Loganholme

Fitzy's Loganholme is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join the team as we gear up for another busy Summer.

This is a hands-on, multi-department role where you'll gain exposure across functions, restaurant, gaming, and the sports bar, with opportunities to learn from senior leaders and progress your hospitality career.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily venue operations across multiple departments and lead from the front in a team environment
  • Develop and execute operational procedures to ensure high standards of service and presentation
  • Train and develop staff to deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated
  • Maintain knowledge of TAB and wagering where applicable
  • Assist with capacity to work in a team and lead in a hands-on, proactive manner
Qualifications
  • Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers licenses (CLO - desirable but not required)
  • Ability to train and develop staff and work effectively in a dynamic team environment
