We're on the hunt for a vibrant Assistant Venue Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver exceptional customer service while having fun along the way. You'll be hands-on in the daily operations, supporting the Venue Manager, and leading by example to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Be hands-on in daily venue operations and support the Venue Manager.
  • Lead by example to ensure smooth day-to-day service and operations.
  • Assist with delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak periods.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a Management role.
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License.
  • CLO is desirable but not necessary.
