**The Role**:
As Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sales and Service departments, driving revenue, coaching your team, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate both Sales and Service teams to achieve business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth in both new and pre-owned motorcycle sales.
- Oversee service operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team accountability.
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat business.
- Monitor KPIs and report on departmental performance to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with Ducati and Autosports Group brand standards, policies, and procedures.
