**About The Business**
Our client is a boutique, professional and hardworking accounting practice located in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. Starting in 2009, they provide services to a range of clients, including both individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. They have built a strong reputation based on valuing their customers, remaining passionate about accounting and fully supporting their team.
Our client is a growing business, and thanks to an internal promotion, they are now looking for their next Administration Assistant to join their team.

**About You**
- Thanks to your time working in administration you know how to manage your time and stay organised. Whether it is completing filing or answering phone calls from clients, you keep track of your tasks with a well-planned calendar as well as a daily to-do list.
- You’re someone who has a genuine care for your customers, and is always there to answer a question or solve a problem, no matter how big or small.
- What you’re looking for in your next role is the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in finance. You’re someone who enjoys learning new things and proactively seeks out feedback from your manager.
**About the Role**
This role is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge in finance and accounting. You'll add significant value through:
- Coordinating any ATO documentation, including receiving and forwarding mail.
- Ensuring ASIC fees are paid by clients, making sure that all documentation is correct.
- Preparing client packs for tax returns and sending the documentation for them to sign.
- Maintaining the kitchen area and completing any other Adhoc tasks including scanning or filling.
**Selection Criteria**
To be successful in this incredible opportunity it is desirable that you have the following:
