**The Role**
Work at the heart of a critical, national building Defence enterprise that is fast-tracking the delivery of Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance (GWEO), in line with the Government’s announcements in the Defence Strategic Review.

Working on a multi-billion dollar major Defence initiative, you’ll be part of the Program Delivery team embedded in the GWEO Delivery Division of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), supporting the warfighting needs of the Australian Defence Force.

Working on complex materiel logistics you will require an in-depth knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.

You will engage in problem solving and issues management and coordinate projects that impact on strategic outcomes for Defence, including the development of materiel logistics plans for information, communications, quality and resources that support the objectives of multiple sustainment activities. You will analyse and report upon materiel logistics performance in sustainment and advise on Integrated Logistics Support Instructions and materiel support plans.

A logistics background is essential. An understanding of Defence logistics and Defence policy is highly desirable.

Program Delivery team is an integral part of GWEO Delivery Division - Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG). Our team is made up of various disciplines (including project management, logistics and sustainment). We are at the front line for the delivery of the GWEO Enterprise.
