Requisitos del Puesto

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Programación. (Deseable con conocimientos en distribución / programación / Mecánica)

Años y área de experiencia: 2 años de experiencia en áreas similares.

Conocimientos técnicos: Uso de Microsoft Office: (Power Point, Excel (intermedio - avanzado) y Word). Deseable con conocimientos en distribución / programación / Mecánica. Uso mínimo de SAP. Capacidad de análisis de datos.

Competencias: Persona proactiva, liderazgo, enfocados a resultados y poder de convencimiento.

Lugar de trabajo y Horario

Propósito y actividades del puesto:

1. Supervisar que los planes de operación (Plan de cargas nacional, exportación y ordenes de producción) se ejecuten y se cumplan.
2. Gestionar y supervisar al personal a su cargo.
3. Gestionar y supervisar el turno de operación (Cargas-Líneas-Exportación-Tapanco-Grits).
4. Realizar entradas y salidas de unidades en sistema SAP para los almacenes.
5. Controlar entradas y salidas de ordenes de producción.
6. Controlar que se cumpla la rotación de producto para evitar caducidades.
7. Controlar inventario de PNC (Vacío o lleno).
8. Realizar inventarios del área asignada.
9. Llevar control de asistencias del personal asignado.
10. Elaborar reportes de entregas, turno y resultados de KPIs.
11. Crear estrategias para cumplimiento de metas durante el turno.
12. Impulsar y desarrollar la autonomía del equipo.
13. Liderar equipos de trabajo de alto rendimiento.
14. Realizar reuniones informativas enfocadas a seguridad con su personal a cargo.

Funciones adicionales que se requieren:

1. Organizar y verificar que se cumplan los planes de mantenimiento preventivo a los equipos de montacargas asignados.
2. Reportar y dar seguimiento a los fallos de los equipos asignados.
3. Gestionar y verificar que se cumplan los requisitos de los pilares VPO.
