**About the company**:
Our client is a large Federal Government agency. In the role of Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and compliance within the disability sector.

**About the role**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance framework and strategies to support the delivery of high-quality services within the disability sector.
- Lead the design and implementation of quality management systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to assess and monitor service delivery against established quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing service effectiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

**About you**:

- You will have proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related role within the disability sector or a similar field.
- You will have sound knowledge of disability service standards, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- You will have strong understanding of quality management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- You will have experience in conducting audits, inspections, and evaluations to assess service quality and compliance.
- You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- You will be proficient in using relevant software and systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
