**About the Role**
This exciting opportunity will support the KYC team as a Quality Assurance Analyst The Know Your Customer (KYC) Quality Assurance (QA) team is an integral part of the Bank's Controls environment and is responsible for steering a continuous analysis on internal standards, procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure quality, completeness, and accuracy.
The Quality Assurance team supports the review of KYC activities performed by BOQ's Onboarding, KYC Refresh and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence ( ECDD) teams as well as Vendors who assist in the process that support the firm's KYC Program with the primary focus placed on review and analysis of customer records.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Accurately and effectively check KYC information using key systems while meeting team and individual KPIs
- Deliver on agreed daily targets, communicate progress and resolve escalations
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information in line with internal policies
- Support and motivate the team in meeting individual and team targets
- Conduct call quality control checks to ensure procedures are adequately followed and provide feedback as required
- Assist the Manager with work allocation and tracking team performance
- Analyse and interpret data for reporting
- Assist with ad hoc KYC tasks
