The Opportunity and about the role:
With ambitious growth plans underway throughout Melbourne and nationally, a unique opportunity exists for Student Course Advisor.

About the Role:

- Enrol students who meet the course entry requirements. Achieve positive outcomes for our students by ensuring their enrolment journey is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
- Be motivated to be part of a successful team

What you will bring to the role:

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport.
- Sales experience in a RTO environment is ideal
- Competitive instinct - you love to achieve goals. KPI & financial targets would be your focus. You will contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.
- Energy and vibrancy - you love to have fun
- Strong computer skills - experience in Hubspot & VETTRACK is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong compliance and quality focus
