Reporting directly to the Technical Delivery Lead for Core Banking, Delivery Lead for Servicing is a critical, hands on, multi-skilled senior leadership role within the Core Banking Modernisation Program. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Service Core Banking stream of work and critical in shaping the future of banking for ING Australia with execution accountability for complex change under ING Australia’s largest transformation program.

**What you’ll do **
- End to end execution of the Servicing technical stream including mobilisation, recruiting key resources, and engaging vendors to deliver the program.
- Support the Tech Delivery Lead/Program Director with collaboration across all relevant stakeholders across ING.
- Lead and co-ordinate delivery of program outcomes by managing program interdependencies, constraints, and resource allocations of Core Banking stream.
- Technical management and facilitation of end-to-end partner engagement (from RFP engagements to vendor selection, on boarding, contract management, etc.).
- Support project audit artefacts and deliverables as per the IBAL methodology, framework.
- Ensure team compliance to all ING Australia policy and complete all mandatory training requirements.

**What we’re looking for**
- Proven experience of working on or leading similar core banking transformation program or large organisation wide transformation progress.
- Proven experience in leading large teams working across the organisation and managing different stakeholder groups including Board level.
- Proven experience in working with delivery partner resources (onshore/offshore) and stakeholders in different time zones.
- Extensive people leadership experience with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
