**Your fantastic role**:

- Champion the tech requirements of the customers to the internal team and deliver the project smoothly
- Leading a team to help build new features and enhancements (70% solution design & 30% coding).
- Handling customer requirements.
- Bring to life through your tech lead engineering skills.
- Build estimates for pipeline requests.
- Build a solution document and ensure review and sign off from the customers.
- Manage end to end delivery of assignments.
- Provide a forecast of work (estimates).
- Escalate major issues when identified.
- Ensure Architecture is followed.
- Allocate people to perform code reviews.

**Your amazing experience**:

- 3 years experience leading development teams
- Payments experience.
- Any Java, C/C++ experience is a bonus.
- Enterprise experience.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
