**The Role**:
Provide high level effective and efficient administrative support to the office of the Director - Department of Medicine LGH, including the organisation and planning of clinical, financial and administrative correspondence that is often sensitive and of a confidential nature.

Prepare, coordinate and store information using procedures and documentation that comply with contemporary office management practices, legislative frameworks and current protocols and policy.

Coordinate and manage commitments, tasks and correspondence to facilitate a highly functional office.
