Our National client based in South Fremantle, is seeking an excellent Customer service Officer to join their busy team on a temp to permanent basis.

Our National client based in South Fremantle, is seeking an excellent Customer service Officer to join their busy team on a temp to permanent basis.

Working hours: Part Time hours
- 30 Hours (Monday - Thursday) 9.00am - 5.00pm

Start Date: 28th Dec or early January

Duration: Temp to permanent basis.

Pay rate: Approx $30 - $32ph + super

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Performing customer sales and service transactions
- Managing high value transaction accurately - which includes handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS
- Processing a number of identity services transactions - WWC, police clearance, land title checks
- Assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs
- Assisting with administrative duties and upkeep cleanliness of work place

**Role Requirements**
- Strong, resilient attitude with a passion for customer service
- Proven work experience in a fast paced Customer Service Officer / administration role
- Previous experience working at a Post Office/ Government based role would be beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Trust worthy & honest in handling cash
