Seeking Job Seeker Support Officer for Employment Services 3 month contract to complete customer service and associated administration.

**Employment Coach/ Customer Service Officer-Fremantle**
Our Client, an Australian based not-for-profit company specialise in providing employment services and community services nationally.
This is a full time role (8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday) for a period of 10 weeks. They are looking to get this position started ASAP.

**Location: Fremantle**
**Payrate: $35 per hour + super**
**Start date: ASAP**
**Finish date: 10 weeks (possible extension)**

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Booking appointments with job seekers to try to help them find work
- Managing caseload of customers on a daily basis
- Formatting resumes
- Engaging with customers on a day to day basis
- General office administration duties
- Data entry to create enrolments
- Appointment booking
- Answering phone calls for the office

**About You**:

- Minimum 12 months experience working in an Administrative/Customer Service -based role
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
- C class driver's licence
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a valid police clearance or be willing to undergo one (this is paid for by the client)
- Good experience with objection handling/ complaints management
