We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer to fill a 12 month Mat Leave contract on a Full Time basis Monday to Friday from the end of April.

**Your New Rol**e**

As an **Administration Officer, **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of administrative and reception functions including rostering
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
- Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
- Assisting with facility accounts
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

Does this sound like you?
- Previous administrative and rostering experience
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
